West Nose Creek park is an awesome place to be. Rolling hills and streams abound.
This Park has 73 hectares of space and is located on the north side of Beddington Trail, between Harvest Hills Blvd and Deerfoot Trail N.E.
It has pathways that are plowed during the winter to make it easier for walking.
The park also has the well known BP BirthPlace Forest shortly after entering at the Beddington Trail/Deerfoot Trail entrance.
The terrain is definitely hilly and it can be quite windy at the upper level, in the valley you are protected from the wind.
The walk along these pathways is so relaxing. You wouldn't know that you are in a major city other than the view of Deerfoot Trail and the sound of airplanes above.
Bins can be found in a few places other than where expected at the main entrance.
