Rutland Park is a community in the South West quadrant of the city of Calgary.
It is a smaller community that started its development in the early 1950's and consists mainly of bungalow type single family homes with some town homes.
There are green spaces, parks, playgrounds and bike paths for all to enjoy.
Good location with easy access to the downtown core via Glenmore Trail to Crowchild Trail.
Excellent bus service to all areas of the city and this is due to being neighbours to Mount Royal University.
Neighbours to the north are Killarney, to the west across from 37th Street SW is Glamorgan to the south divided by Glenmore Trail is Lakeview.
Easy access to shopping along Richmond Road, but both the West Hill and Signal Hill centres are close by. Chinook Centre is close by at the corner of Glenmore Trail and MacLeod Trail.
