Rundle is a community in the North East section of the city of Calgary.
The community development started in the early 1970's along with many other communities in this area.
There are both single family homes and multi-family residences in this neighbourhood.
The community can be found just south of 32nd Avenue NE in between 36th Street NE and 52nd Street NE.
The neighbour just on the west side of 36th Street is The Peter Lougheed Hospital.
The community is conveniently located near commercial and industrial areas. It has great parks and playgrounds and is connected to the bike path system.
The LRT (Light Rail Transit) is in the community and runs along 36th Street NE with the station located close to 25th Avenue NE.
Shopping can be found all along 36th Street NE with Sunridge Mall just west of the community and south of the Peter Lougheed Hospital.
Another mall, a little further south is called Marlborough Mall and is named after the community that it resides in.
Access to downtown is via 36th Street NE to 16th Avenue NE (TransCanada Highway) or further south to Memorial Drive. Schools an be found in the community and surrounding neighbourhoods.
