Richmond /Knob Hill is a community in the South West quadrant of the city of Calgary.
Its development began in the early 1950's and consists mainly of bungalow type single family homes with some town homes and condos.
There are lots of green spaces, parks, playgrounds and bike paths for all to enjoy.
A community that is divided by the major route of Crowchild Trail, with the Richmond part being to the west of it and Knob Hill being to the east.
Excellent location with easy access to the downtown via Crowchild Trail or by several other smaller roads in the area.
Excellent bus service to the down town core with a LRT (Light Rail Transit) Station slightly north in the community of Sunalta.
Easy access to shopping along Richmond Road SW and both the West Hill and Signal Hill centres are close by. Very close to all the major shopping in Mount Royal Village and Downtown.
Schools can be found in the neighbourhood as well as the surrounding communities.
