A very family oriented community with many organized sports teams and lots of recreational activities, many of which are enjoyed at the park/playground and rink across from the Redwood House.
This community is nestled in the forest and residents enjoy the peace and tranquillity all within a close proximity to the city. Neighbours to the south are Bragg Creek and to the north is Cochrane.
In the summer, there are trails, the river and a golf course to enjoy. In the winter, residents enjoy cross –country skiing.
