Pineridge is a community in the North East quadrant of the city of Calgary.
The community development started in the mid 1970's.
There are both single family homes and multi-family residences in these neighbourhoods.
The community is located just south of 32nd Avenue NE north of 16th Avenue NE (TransCanada Highway) Drive NE, sandwiched between 52nd Street NE to the west and 68th Street NE to the east. It is conveniently located near commercial and industrial areas.
The neighbourhood has great parks and playgrounds and is connected to the bike path system.
The LRT (Light Rail Transit) can be found in the neighbouring community of Rundle. It runs along 36th Street NE with the station located near 25th Avenue NE.
The Peter Lougheed Hospital is on the west side of 36th street NE, just west of the neighbourhood of Rundle.
Marlborough Mall is located in the south west corner of the neighbouring community and Sunridge Mall is located a short distance away on 36th Street, just west of the community of Rundle.
Access to downtown is via 16th Avenue NE (TransCanada Highway). Schools an be found in the community and surrounding neighbourhoods.
