Inglewood has gained notoriety as being the first community in Calgary. It was developed in the late 1800's into the early 1900's.


This South East neighbourhood still has a lot of old world charm mixed into the modern world.

While it is mainly a residential community, it is also home to many businesses, unique shops and excellent restaurants.

Across the bridge from Downtown yet worlds apart. Beautiful, views of the Downtown skyline can be seen from many homes and green spaces for everyone to enjoy.

Excellent access to green spaces, parks, bike paths, golf courses and more.

Home of the well known Bird Sanctuary, the Bow Habitat Station the Inglewood Wildlands Park, and Sam Livingston Fish Hatchery.

Close proximity to the Calgary Zoo and just across the Elbow River is Fort Calgary.

Shopping can be found along 9th Avenue which provides many unique shops and restaurants. The downtown mall known as "The Core" is not too far away. While Chinook Centre is located on MacLeod Trail further south of the community.

Quick access to the Downtown core via 9th Avenue. Great quick bus service to Downtown. Many residents of this community enjoy the privilege of being able to walk to work.

Blackfoot Trail divides the community, but also provides quick access to other areas of the city.

Many of the homes have been updated but many others are new. There is a mixture of single family homes and townhomes.
