Crestmont is a community in the South West section of the city of Calgary.
The community development started in the early 2000's and consists primarily of single family homes.
The neighbourhood's location is excellent for those that like quick access to Banff, as it sits on the western edge of the city.
It lies on the southern portion of 16th Avenue NW (Highway one). This not only provides it with quick access to the mountains, but easy access throughout the city.
Across the Highway, on the north side is Valley Ridge, while Canada Olympic Park is to the east of the community and Artists View, a community within the Rockyview District is south of the neighbourhood.
Shopping can be found at West Hill and Signal Hill Centres to the south of the community, but also further east on 16th Avenue NW (Highway one) at North Hill Shopping Centre. Market Mall can be found on Shaganappi Trail.
Schools can be found in the neighbouring communities.
