Cliff Bungalow is a community in the South West area of Calgary.

It was originally developed in the early 1900's and is one of the oldest communities in the city.

There is a mixture of single family and multi -family homes in the community.

An inner-city community within walking distance to the core. The neighbourhood is sandwiched in between the communities of Mission to the east and Mount Royal to the west.

Shopping Can be found throughout the downtown area with unique shops along 17th Avenue SW.

The downtown mall known as "The Core" is in close proximity to th neighbourhood. While Chinook Centre is located on MacLeod Trail further south of the community.

Each year people from all over come to enjoy the 4th Street Lilac Festival put on by the Cliff Bungalow-Mission Community Association.

Beautiful green spaces in spite of the inner city location. Bike path system is close on hand.

Easy access to the downtown core either by walking or by the great bus service in the community.
