Capitol Hill is a community in the North West quadrant of the city. Most of the development in this community began in the late 1940's into the 1950's.
Most of the homes are single family bungalow type. The homes have been maintained and upgraded over the years. Many newer infills can also be found in this neighbourhood.

Close proximity to both the University of Calgary and SAIT (Southern Alberta Institute of Technology).
