Bragg Creek is a nature lovers community with little more than a 30 minute commute to the city.
From Calgary you can travel to this community by heading west on Highway 8.
At the end of this highway, you would go south at the traffic circle onto Highway 22, just a bit south of the community of Redwood Meadows.
If you are in the southern part of Calgary, you can access Bragg Creek from Highway 22X.
It borders Kananaskis Country and is surrounded by forests as far as the eye can see and has stunning mountain views.
The Community Center is on White Avenue and houses many activities for families and seniors alike. It is across the street from the infamous shopping and dining areas well known and enjoyed by many not only from the community.
There are homes on acreages, homes close to the golf course and homes in the town site. The community is very spread out but the beauty is enjoyed by all.
The Bragg Creek Provincial Park is enjoyed by many visitors who have noticed a wild animal or two.
Cross Country skiing is enjoyed by many residents and visitors alike. The river going through the community provides additional beauty and tranquility.
