Auburn Bay is a community in the South East quadrant of the city of Calgary.

The community development began in the early 2000's and is nearing completion. It consists mainly of single family homes.

It is a Lake Community with lots of parks and playgrounds to be enjoyed.

Located south of highway 22X (Marquis of Lorne Trail) and sandwiched in between Deerfoot Trail to the west and 52nd Street SE to the east.

The neighbourhood is ideally situated with the new south hospital as its neighbour, located at Seton Boulevard, in between Deerfoot Trail and 52nd Street SE.

Neighbours to the east are Mahogany on the east side of 52nd Street SE and to the north divided by Highway 22X (Marquis of Lorne Trail) is McKenzie Towne.

Cranston is to the west of the community separated by DeerfootTrail and to the south the community of Seton is being developed behind the new South Campus Health Centre.

Highway 22X (Marquis of Lorne Trail) provides quick access to Deerfoot Trail, which is currently the quickest route to downtown.
