Scenic Acres

Scenic Acres is a community in the North West area of Calgary. The development of the community started n the early 1980's.

The name was chosen for this community due to the views offered throughout the neighbourhood.

Scenic Acres

The community is located on the south side of Crowchild Trail, in between Nose Hill Drive and Stoney Trail.

Most of the homes are single family but there are also townhouses in the community.

Beautiful parks, playgrounds and bike paths are enjoyed by the residents.

There is an LRT (Light Rail Transit) station conveniently located in the north eastern part of the community at Crowchild Trail near Nose Hill Drive.

Easy access to the down town core via Crowchild Trail.

Many different stores and businesses, as well as restaurants and cinemas can be found at the Crowfoot Crossing Shopping centre located on the north side of Crowchild Trail at Nose Hill Drive.

Excellent schools in the community as well as the surrounding neighbourhoods.
