Rosedale is a community in the North West quadrant of the city. Development of this community began in the late 1920's.
Most of the homes are single family bungalow type with condos well placed in the community.

Some occupants of this neighbourhood enjoy the walk to their downtown office, however, there is excellent bus service in the area.
