Glamorgan is a community in the South West area of Calgary developed in the late 1950's.
The area consists mainly of bungalow type single family homes with some condo's and townhouses.
View of the Rocky Mountains to the west make this community that much more attractive, although the beautiful tree lined streets with plenty of green spaces and parks are quite appealing in and of themselves.
An outdoor rink and play parks are close on hand for residents enjoyment.
Quick access to the downtown core via Glenmore Trail to Crowchild Trail.
The LRT (Light Rail Transit) can be found in the community of Glendale to the North, on 17th Avenue.
There is a small plaza in the neighbourhood, with close proximity to Both the Signal Hill and West Hill Centres.
